Islamic character education for children in the digital era has become a crucial concern amidst the increasingly rapid development of technology and social media. Technological advances have had a positive impact on access to information and learning, but they also bring challenges such as moral degradation, declining manners, gadget addiction, and weak social control over children's behavior. This article aims to examine the importance of Islamic character education for today's children and strategies for implementing it to face the challenges of the digital era. The research method used is a literature review, analyzing various scientific journals, books, and research findings related to Islamic character education. The results indicate that Islamic character education plays a crucial role in shaping children's morals, spirituality, discipline, responsibility, and social ethics. Implementation of Islamic character education can be achieved through parental role models, fostering religious habits, monitoring technology use, and collaboration between families, schools, and the community. With strong Islamic character education, children are expected to be able to face the negative influences of modern developments without losing their moral and religious values.
