The tradition of reciting the Quran in early childhood is a form of religious education that plays a crucial role in character formation, spiritual development, and the instilling of moral values from an early age. This study aims to examine the relationship between the tradition of reciting the Quran and the development of positive behavior in early childhood. The method used in this study is a library study, reviewing various scientific literature, books, journals, and previous research relevant to early childhood Islamic education. The results indicate that the tradition of reciting the Quran can foster discipline, improve language skills, instill religious values, and strengthen children's social relationships within the family and community. Furthermore, the habit of reciting the Quran regularly also has a positive impact on children's emotional and spiritual development. Therefore, the tradition of reciting the Quran needs to be continuously maintained and developed as part of character education in early childhood.
