Kontribusi Emotional Intelligence Terhadap Career Adaptability pada TNI di KODIM 0309/Solok

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat kontribusi kecerdasan emosional terhadap adaptabilitas karier pada TNI di Kodim 0309/Solok. Penelitian kali ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan personel TNI di Kodim 0309/Solok sebagai populasi dalam peneltian dan total sampel sebanyak 102 personel yang ditentukan melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner untuk mengukur kecerdasan emosional dan adaptabilitas karier berdasarkan konsep kecerdasan emosional Goleman (1996) dan konsep adaptabilitas karier dari Savickas (1997). Analisis pada data dilakukan dengan uji analisis regresi sederhana atas bantuan program IBM Statistic SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi emotional intelligence terhadap career adaptability dengan total kontribusi sebesar 0,247 dan berada pada kategori tinggi.
